Privacy notice
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This notice explains how FASADES 3D LTD ("we", "us") uses personal information when you ask for a quote, send us plans or photos, or use this website.
Who we are
FASADES 3D LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14076905, registered office 11 Thornes Moor Drive, Wakefield, England, WF2 8QB. We are the controller of your information. Contact: info.fasades3d@gmail.com, 07857 434656.
What we collect
- What you send through the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the type of job, who it's for, where it is and your message.
- Any plans, drawings or photos you attach. These can show a property and its address, so we treat them as personal information too.
- What you send on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry, price the job and carry it out: steps you asked us to take before a contract, and the contract itself (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the records tax law requires: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep this website secure and working: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them.
Who helps us
These providers handle information for us, only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, processes the form and stores the plans you attach.
- Resend, which delivers the form to our email inbox.
- Google, which provides our email inbox, and the map if you choose to load it.
- Afaceri Diaspora Ltd, which built and maintains this website and keeps a copy of form messages so none are lost.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you contact us that way.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and attached plans that don't lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. For jobs we carry out, we keep the records for six years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Email info.fasades3d@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
